What will be your role?

  • Prospect and build pipeline of prospective customers
  • Daily work with multiple insurance carriers and Underwriters
  • Quoting/Binding multiple lines of business to Contractor/Construction companies
  • Consistent and accurate adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Management of leads through cold calling, digital marketing, and inbound calls
  • Ability to work both independently and with the remote working team
  • Answers phone calls and advise clients accordingly
  • Compile full submission data for quoting
  • Research and compile answers to client policy and coverage questions
  • Identify, compile and manage information regarding account renewal


Requirements that we need you to have:

  • Property and Casualty License required
  • High School Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years of commercial insurance sales required
  • Courteous and professional telephone manner
  • Knowledge of the construction industry preferred
  • Familiar with Worker's Compensation sales techniques
  • Experience working with both direct carriers and MGAs
  • Continuously stay up to date with current industry trends & regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience of being a team player in a highly driven sales environment
